BoardBabe
I'd try change the value of: HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders\PersonalHKU\.DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\Personal Edited February 8, 2006 by BoardBabe

BoardBabe
Probably only HKCU, but if you would like it to "stick" when creating a new user, you might want to edit HKU also.
