Kapo
I have a doubt:In my unattended XP i don't want to modifythe C:\Program Files directory. So i have to ask you if the default installationof the .NET Framework both 1.1 and 2.0 modifies this directory. Thanks all. matthewk
If 2.0 is installed, is 1.x needed to be installed as well?
Scubar
no framework 2.0 wouldnt need 1.1 to be installed first. im pretty sure the .net framework doesnt install anything to program files dir although im sure someone here will be able to give a definite answer. BoardBabe
matthewk: That question is already answered, They are independant as ScubaSteve quite correctly states, but you should install both v1.1 and v2.0 to be fully compatible with all dotnet demanding applications.
