Scubar Posted February 5, 2006 Share Posted February 5, 2006 (edited) if u have photoshop u should ditch PSP as its nowhere near as good.all you should need todo is make a rectangular selection fill it with white or a gradient and then set that layers opacity to something like 25%. then make a new layer and use the text tool to simply type something over the top.
