dont worry i am using a glue and stapler gun on it.

it comes with brackets and screws for mounting. dont worry.

Geez you might need to ducktape it also and use a coat hanger to get it to stay in place. Really though that is one huge heatsink. I believe I might be getting something like that one on my next custom build.

as long as you use their backplate you'll be fine

Actually, the backplate only prevents the motherboard from bowing under stress; it doesn't eliminate stress, it just distributes it more evenly.

Heatsinks like the Ninja still have a lot of weight and a very long moment arm, and the backplate doesn't aid in relieving either.
