I guess we shall only be needing a new version to fix the major MMC support bug!!

Others things do seem normal to me .

Maybe a change in the Winrar theme? those 64 x 64 icons do not seem to fit in with the normal look of most of the systems :)

More themse for 3rd party apps this time?

One thing, when I installed XPize 4.2 as a service pack in nLite, the installation had an error message like "Driver signing cannot be found" or something, then it continued.

Not related (i dont think), but when windows was installed, XPize had not been implemented. I had to manually install it.

Any idea what im doing wrong?

Read the advice pop up that nLite shows when you integrate XPize as a hotfix ;) You may disable SFC in order to avoid that problem.
