If your installing from a CD thethe $OEM$ should be on the same level as the i386 directory.And if from a network share then it should be inside the i386 directory. If your installing from a CD thethe $OEM$ should be on the same level as the i386 directory.And if from a network share then it should be inside the i386 directory.While true for CD install, for network install, it looks in the i386 for the $OEM$ folder by default, but you can specify other location by using the OemFilesPath entry under the [unattended] section.
