maveric
I have a new 30 GB iPod and it wont load video at all. The instrucion manual is virtually useless and give very little info. I've been loading music via iTunes using the drag & drop method, That works fine. But when I download a video clip from the Net and drag & drop in the Library as they tell me to do in the manual. It wont work. Is my iPod defective?Should I return it and try another Mp3 player with video capability? This cost me some bucks and its not doing what I paid the extra for. seb481
if the videos were downloaded out of itunes, your videos won't be under "video" in your ipod but under "movie"
