X64 Problems

I was able to run these programs less then a week ago, but not I am unable to. As well, when I try to load up my cd-burner, it says I do not have the rights to do so, but I know that I do have the rights. I installed their tool, changed the rights, and they stayed changed.

I have already run an sfc /scannow, and reinstalled the application for burning cd's which I also used last time about a week ago. I have been fighting with this problem for a while now.

I didn't think of HJT until now and am running it, I'll include a copy of the report in my next one reply to this
