demon z Posted January 8, 2006 Share Posted January 8, 2006 Hi,i've tried your method to customise windows xp setup background ,but after the customisation the file came upto 2.43 mb !!! ,were as the orginal file is supposed to be 117 kb . when i tried to run the setup the setup loaded with the background (.e win 2000 setup type).I replaced the background with a bmp file , should i not do this??? RogueSpear Posted January 9, 2006 Share Posted January 9, 2006 I've noticed that some computers will display hi-res true color backgrounds during setup and others will not.
