blasto
hi there,I want to limit a users online time by defining time based restrictons for internet explorer. for example a user may use ie for a total of 1 hours daily and after that period expires, bandwidth of ie is cut down to very low values... If you have heard or used such a program like this or if winxp has such a capability please let me know, thanks

blasto
I'm googling over a month, I've searched for proxies, ie addons, firewalls, bandwidth shapers etc. and none of them worked out for my particular need. I think its a common issue that every manager faces in todays business and I wonder how people keep internet usage under control in their offices?? In a huge junk of software I just can not find a handy practical application that simply works.. I hope someone points a right direction here.. thanks
