premier69 Posted December 26, 2005 Share Posted December 26, 2005 hey i want to sort a folder with all mp3's after last modified so the most recent file would be sorted instead i have year and duration and all that crap.I've clicked properties on the folder and customize tab and picked documents for all files and types and moved a few .avi's to the folder but it didn't help, will i have to reboot and tweak or something for settings to take affect? JRosenfeld Posted December 26, 2005 Share Posted December 26, 2005 (edited) Mabe I've misunderstood your problem, but in Windows Explorer, with that folder selected, then in the right pane, in details view, if date modified column doesn't show, right click on the column headings, select date modified. Then you can sort by date modified in the usual way by clicking on that column heading (toggles between dates ascending and dates descending).
