big poppa pump
The Fortron or the OCZ should be able to handle your requirements easily. I used to have 6 sata drives, 2 dvd-writers, an opteron 146, about 6 fans and a 7800gt powered with a single 500W Ultra X-connect PSU till I decided to add 3 more drives to my system and thereby upgrade to a dual PSU system. Tomcat76
That system with 8 SATA drives would consume about 480W at peak usage. I'd recommend the Antec TP2-550EPS12V or the Antec TP-II 550, both 550W.
