paciuli
Hi! I'm getting this problem while trying to make a tweaked cdrom for my customers' "genuine" installations: i use to install applications and hotfixes via the RunOnceEx method. After having it all done and ready, i run sysprep and "seal" the installation, in order for the final user to configure his own product ID and various settings. But in doing this, it parses cmdlines.txt once again, and so at the first reboot it re-runs the whole post-install routine from the beginning... how can avoid that? Thanks a lot in advance

Obet31
Hi,Maybe your cmdlines.txt is the same on both location. There are 2 locations that cmdlines.txt might appear. First is the one under ..\i386\$OEM$\ which is ran first. When sysprep runs on your cloned machine, it will run the one under ..\i386\$OEM$\$1\<Sysprep>\i386\$OEM$\ . If your cmdlines.txt is identical then it will run the same commands. Make sure to remove the ones you dont need and put in any of your post batch commands in there.Hope this helps.Obet31
