[Help] - anyone know how to add a windows service?

It's just a key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services - grab one from a working machine and import it into yours.

Well, I should say it's a little more than that, but I would doubt the files are missing unless you removed the service via nLite. Assuming this is the case, simply sfc /scannow the box (to make sure all critical system files are installed and in working order), then re-add the service by exporting the dhcp subkey of the Services key, and importing it into your broken machine. Reboot, and it should be back and working properly.
