MP3Gain Silent Install

Hey,

I've added this to my U-CD so I decided to share, in case anyone else wanted it.

MP3Gain

MP3Gain analyzes and adjusts mp3 files so that they have the same volume.

MP3Gain does not just do peak normalization, as many normalizers do. Instead, it does some statistical analysis to determine how loud the file actually sounds to the human ear.

Also, the changes MP3Gain makes are completely lossless. There is no quality lost in the change because the program adjusts the mp3 file directly, without decoding and re-encoding.

Silent Install: mp3gain-win-1_2_5.exe /S

Enjoy!

MP3Gain

mpTrim pro - http://www.mptrim.com/

Mp3tag - http://www.mp3tag.de/

3 good programs!

mpTrim...

* mpTrim can trim MP3s - removing the silence or unwanted parts.

* mpTrim can adjust the volume of MP3s. Volume change can be manual or automatic (volume normalization).

* mpTrim can fade-in/out MP3s (to fix abrupt beginning/ending).

* mpTrim can clean-up MP3s and recover wasted disk space.

* mpTrim keeps the music quality intact, no matter how many times you process an MP3, because it works directly in the MP3 format without having to decode/re-encode. That also makes it very fast.

however i wouldn't mind finding a good freeware replacement for mpTrim pro if anyone knows of one ;)

You can also download the zip package instead of the exe and then make your own sfx installer.

That's the way I do it, so I can reshack the exe to change the icon (I don't like it) and finally install it unattended at runonceex stage.

;)
