Several True Type fonts corrupted after install

After a fresh install of XP i always run Ccleaner to clear up left over junk. Well several fonts are detected under the registry cleaner as "Font Issue" I checked these out in the fonts folder and i am unable to open any of these font files. The fonts are Guatami, Latha, Mangal, Raavi, Shruti, Tunga, Sylfean. Why are they corrupt right after install? is there a way to fix them or correct his on the cd i am installing from?

According to MS these are Windows CE fonts, do they even work in normal Windows?

If you're going to post a question at least give us proper info, like that these are Arabic or Indian fonts, as if you don't say, people will assume you are installing an American (English) version of Windows which does not have these fonts.

Obviously you can see your lack of info is the reason nobody has answered your post yet but good luck in finding your problem.
