Help Needed With Adobe Premiere Pro

Here's hoping that someone can stop me going insane! I'm just starting to learn this app' using on-line tutes. But I'm finding this "feature" very frustrating.

Every so often a stray mouse click will cause all of my project/sequence/monitor windows to disappear. This leaves only the Toolbar/Info/History windows visible. My project still seems to be open but I can't find any way to get back to it without closing the app' and restarting (sometimes, even then, when I re-open my project it opens without the windows!).

Please, where am I going wrong and how do I fix it? I feel like a complete loser NooB!
