Strike700
I attempting to slipstream via sata drivers for the 8237 southbridge. I have tried all of the methods desciribed in the read me first. All of them seem to get me the same Blue screen error. "Check hard drive or hard drive controller." I am using Unattend (the program that allows installs over a network via one time boot disk) I cannot figure out what i am doing wrong and have spent three weeks on this problem. Any help would be appreciated. I have attached the driver files that came with the motherboard. That's what's written everywhere. Subdirectories are only possible on a floppy. The txtsetup.sif method would have worked too. P.S.: could you please tell me on what motherboard this was?
