Firefox and IE won't load Netflix or comcast.com on x64! I NEE

I recently made the switch to x64 on my happy new workstation, and now it's time to pay bills. But now my internet (no matter what I use) will not connect to www.netflix.com AT ALL and will not let me log in to my account on www.comcast.com and I know that these sites work on other people's computers, so they are not down. I am going crazy trying to figure this out. Firefox says it's a time out error, but I don't know how to change that setting.

various u160 scsi drives and a WD800 hard drive

Try using 32bit IE or 32bit Firefox instead of 64bit browser. And then make sure flash is installed maybe, because there are issues with flash sites and 64bit browsers because there is no 64bit flash.
