Slipstreaming Project 2003 with SP2 problem

I keep getting this popup. So i'm assuming my syntax somewhere is wrong...

What's going on? (yes, my .msp file is named right, filename copies specified folder name)

msiexec /p T:\ProjectSP2\PROJECTSP2.msp /a T:\Project2003\PRJPROE.MSI SHORTFILENAMES=TRUE /b

I've attatched the picture below.
