1boredguy Posted September 28, 2005 Share Posted September 28, 2005 (edited) after logging off, the welcome screen won't let me type in the password for an account - whatever i type, it just stays blank. i can click onto another account that has no password, but the passworded ones wont do anything.what part of my unattended CD should i look at? i've been spending a couple hours troubleshooting, please help! Gee Posted October 1, 2005 Share Posted October 1, 2005 I would look at the keyboard. Press the CAPS Lock key and see if the light comes on. If it does, then look for a process that is running on your system. If it doesn't. Then change the keyboard.Actually, just change the keyboard first and see if that solves the problem.
