It uses the Nullsoft installer, so, as said above you can do a silent install (unless the author has disabled it) using '/S'. however, this will not allow you to choose the language. There is no common way in NSIS to select the language from the command line - I would suggest you ask this in their forums at http://www.crystalxp.net/ for information. Maybe the author has not implemented a silent installation - for stuff like these shell packs, silent installations could screw your computer if used from an uA CD (maybe unless they are installed last) - remember, a reboot is compulsory after these.
