yes cable internet works.

got a router yet?

@clint ROFLMFAO

mindows is currently 2k3 if im not mistaken

Actually Mindows works for XP or 2K3. The only difference between the setup is that you have to move watchdog.sys from Drivers to System32 ;). Thought I clear that up.

ok, good stuff

but to answer his question. why we dont make an ultimate xp

different goals, and different ways of doing things i guess

neither me nor aegis have even talked about joining, as our projects are different.

Hey maybe to go easier on your inbox, how about you just give the msfn people here some updates as to what the status os on your project once in a while? Perhaps then people will stop emailing you that much! haha

I just thought of something :w00t:!!! Overnight I thought of the benefits the community would enjoy if gdogg and I were to join our projects together ;). Such as:

• More innovation

• Earlier releases

• Less bugs

• Smaller Windows

• Less work on both of our behalfs

All that it requires it that gdogg wants to work together with me ;).

words

Blah blah blah...No viruses...

!

...................

We'll see about that....>.<'

I would suggest you try your project against the pinfi virus, but it's way too vicious for any box with executables.

I like where this is going...Is it going to be available this year? :)

its available already in beta 1.5 phase, cause beta 1 wasn't great.

beta 2 will be in the next couple of days

beta 3 (public one) shortly after

virus immunity (100% one) will be a bit longer, as i broke my test microwinX

@ the same time, my registry backup got corrupted, so i have to start from 1 month ago on the registry

about virus immunity, it is possible to get a virus. but not unless you put the virus in the backup directory of the windows xp itself,

the desktop, or anywhere else you would download your virus to, would be immune to the execution of anything.
