BCDW with ima files?

Hello everyone

I've been having problems with getting my .ima and .imz files to boot on my multiboot dvd after having started to use BCDW on knoppix, since it's an old version of knoppix that has been turned in to a special version of a ferencex cd, it's not so easy to make it boot on anything else, but problem is, i can't get any of my old boot disks to work on the dvd now.

So far my project DVD contains:

Windows xp en sp 2

Windows xp dk sp 2

windows 2003 enterprise

windows 2003 standart

windows 2003 web

windows 2003 advance

ERD commander 2003

ERD commander 2005

Ultimate boot cd v.3.3

ghosts boot disks

Ghost v9.0 boot cd

Helix live linux

how ever this is far far from the end while i still have space on the dvd, so please guys a little help on how it's posible to boot my disks, now that i can't seem to find a way to get bcdw to work with booting a ima or imz file, nor can i get memdisk or diskemu to work anymore because of the bcdw, is there a work around of some kind? or what is the needed line inserted in to the cdshell.ini file? what do i write? since it doesn't work when i write:

if $lastKey == key[1]; then bcdw /BSCRIPT/ghostbootcd.IMA

then what should i write?

Thank you guys!

---------------------- Edit [21/8]

I've looked around the forum for days, and i can't find any solution to this problem anywhere, please someone help a guy in need?

it looks like you are using cdshell w/ the bcdw plugin. The most stable combo to use is cdshell 2.011 and bcdw 1.5z plugin. later versions of cdshell are problematic w/ the bcdw plugin. Also, these two versions don't supprot .imz like later versions of cdshell/bcdw so be aware.

If you need 2.011 or 1.5z files pm me. I posted a while ago on msfn info about both w/ a d/l link.

I'm not sure but i seem to recall issues w/ large dvd size and boot cmds on ima,imz files discussed a while back.

Hey everyone

I'm surprised about it working for me N30M0D, but you were right, it worked with the command:

if $lastKey == key[1]; then bcdw boot /BSCRIPT/ghostbootcd.IMA

what gets me is that i thought i had already tried that more than just a couple of times, but that worked like a charm, thanks a lot!

And for information i'm using cdshell 2.011 with bcdw plugin v2.

Thanks alot N30M0D your my saviour!
