What computers can run Windows XP Professional X64 Edition? A. Windows XP Professional x64 Edition is designed to work with 64-bit processors from AMD and Intel that support the x64 extensions to the x86 architecture. These include the Athlon 64, Athlon 64 FX, Mobile Athlon 64, Turion 64, and Opteron processors from AMD, and the Xeon with EM64T and Pentium 4 with EM64T from Intel. jbm
As far as I can see Intel doesn't have a 3.2Gnz CPU that supports HTand EM64T. There is an extreme edition cpu that supports both, but itsclock speed is 3.73Ghz. The pentium D's only support EM64T
Innocent Devil
Not Intel have ,iam using intel P 4 531 processor ==>it has 3GHz speed EM64T capable & iMB L2 cache, eXecute Disable bit Similarly 541 should be clocked at 3.2GHz & have same specs above 640 has same clock & 2MB L2 cache

But according to the intel site here http://www.intel.com/products/processor/pentium_D/index.htmthe pentium D's are the only ones that support EM64T.The link I clicked on to get to that page was 'CPU's that support EM64T'But I'l have to take your word for it since you have the CPU.Page is probably outdated.
