devin
some spyware program has taken control of active desktop and my display properties. it has enabled my active desktop and put a link to a spyware removal tool. it has also changed my display properties so that i can only change my screen saver and my screen resolution, there is no web tab or any other tabs i have gone as far as deleting all of the desktop.htt files on the computer but this didnt work. if i right click on any picture and select set as desktop background it changes the background for 3 seconds and then goes right back to the annoying "WARNING your computer might be infected with spyware or adware" link.how can i get control of my display properties
