Just remember to enable USB Emulation, USB Legacy or USB Boot devices in your BIOS before attempting to boot from your USB devices. check in your BIOS setup program if it supports booting from USB.

You'll need PE2USB, a USB Flash drive 2Gb or below (any flash drives higher than 2gigs won't work), ISOBuster (or any other ISO disassembly program; you can also try Alcohol 120%, MagicISO or UltraISO), and either 7-Zip or WinRAR to extract files from RAR files.

and, of course, your BIOS needs to support booting from USB devices.
