azaze1
There is a problem with this version when you disable the usage of audio during WPI. It is the following line in useroptions.js:var showmpWPIBtn=false; When that is false, the JavaScript error message says, "Object doesn't support this property or method"It gives the path to wpi.htaThen references line 138 in main.js
Kelsenellenelvian
What else have you changed because this is not an actual normal error...There is no problem with disableing the audio player so the error is caused by some other change... tff2
I got the same error...What I did :- Downloaded wpi 4.2- unpacked it- did copy my old config.js over the new one- opened wpi and changed only : - Language ? -> German - Timer Active ? -> No - Play Audio In WPI = -> No - Play Audio During Install = -> No- savedI´m using German Windows XP SP2 Pro...I just found a small "workaround" for that problem :- Change Play Audio In WPI back to Yes- Removed every line in the .m3u files in the Audio-DirThan it works (for me) without any problem... The Audio-Player will be visible in WPI but it won´t play any music ...

I just tested it myself - turned it back on again didn't get the error.Does anyone know what values in the config files this changes?
SiNNuT
Just tested again with a non- nLited winxp source and this time it did work. So i think the js error when pressing "Begin Install" is related to that.

almulder
Just so you all know, this issue is being addressed. I will take some time to do so as there are new members on the team. "athomsen" is doing a major over hal on the whole thing making it load faster. So once the code has been updated We will begin work on the audioplayer issue, if that is indeed the correct error. (Tryed to reproduce it myself but no luck. sorry) But will look into it after I get the updated code. Please be pacient we are working hard on it.
