WPI 4.2b

Recommended Posts

I am just using the deafult mid files which are included in the wpi release.

I know you are doing a great job, thanks for all the effort you are taken, to make this a perfect installer, it had just everyting in it I need.

I can imagine that you cannot reproduce this error, I have just tried is on another machine and gues what, no problem found

Going to investigate further what my problem is.

Great tool

any idea what kind of error this one is?

mainerror.jpg

(german)

just clicked on the button "Install" (tested with notebook and 2 other systems).

oh an for all german install versions:

to detect the cdrom drive you have to set the pathes in "" in the WPI.cmd. otherwise it wont detect the correct path. there are space character in "Dokumente und Einstellungen\UserName" also referred to as %HOMEPATH%. You get it?

When i press "Begin Install" i get a js error. Looked a bit in main.js but fail to see the relevance of line 138:

var titBgCol = (s[2])? "BGCOLOR='"+s[2]+"'" : ""

Saw the german guy's post with the same prob but what exactly is the solution?
