Lunac
Is installing 2.0.1 over 1.5, doable/recommended? Any issues I should be aware of? I was thinking of uninstalling the old 1.5 and then installing the new release, but I see uninstalling is not recommended. What is the correct way to update? HighPingDrifter
I've installed v2.01 over v1.62 on three different machines and haven't had a hiccup on any of them. They all work great. Your mileage may vary. Peace, etc....H*P*D."When in doubt, I whip it out!"
TravisO
You merely want to install the new pack over the old installation. If this wasn't a good idea then Gape would be guilty of some crappy software packages. You're more likely to have problems by uninstalling the pack. I just need to take a look at the spuninst.inf file and make corrections and then uninstallation of the pack will cause fewer or no problems under Win98se.
