Doc Symbiosis
I don't know, whether it's the right forum, but I thought it's the most adequate one.Anyway, does anyone know, why it fails to start some programs with high priority? Most programs you can start with "start /high program.exe", and it starts with high priority,i.e. Nero, Acrobat Reader, Cdex, Ghostview and Daemon Tools, but it fails with Bsplayer, Winamp and Firefox. Help would be appreciated.
ODC
I've had some problems with some applications starting in other priorities. This seems to work well for me. It works for firefox.%windir%\system32\cmd.exe /c start "runrealtime" /realtime "C:\Program Files\AppFolder\AppName.exe" Edited July 7, 2005 by ODC
Doc Symbiosis
Even the realtime priority doesn't work with bsplayer, but for firefox it doesI tried %windir%\system32\cmd.exe /c start "runrealtime" /realtime "c:\program files\bsplayer\bsplayer.exe", but bsplayer still starts with normal priority. what3v3r
maybe BSPlayer resets its Priority to normal by itself. Ive already seen applications doing that. Maybe you can set the priority in the players options
