PetMeFish
I am having a problem with Windows XP Pro SP2 when logged into a Windows 2003 SBS domain. The login script works fine and maps the drives as required. When I try to disconnect a drive it shows as "Disconnected Network Drive" and I can't use the drive letter to reconnect. Also if I logon as a different user the drive still shows as a "Disconnected Network Drive" using the same drive letter. The only way I found to resolve the issue is to restart the workstation. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

PetMeFish
It turns out that there is a lot of "trash" that gets put into the user's profile, whether it is stored locally or on the network. Some programs are quite messy and leave lots of "stuff" that ends up causing problems. What I found to be the problem was the client for Persavise SQL. The only way I found to fix the phantom network drives was to create a new profile.
