is there a tweak or program or something that makes green bars appear when u press the volume up/down button on your keyboard? and shows mute when u press mute etc.

These typically come with a small software that is installed and will run in the background when/if you install the drivers for your internet/multimedia keyboard.

Usually keyboards and other hardware have the maker's name on it and maybe even a model number. I usually take the maker name and the model number and go to google.com. Then, I search for drivers for the device. If it is hp, logitech, or a popular one, then going to the company's website might be easiest method to obtain the drivers.

i googled: vaio pcva-kb4p/u

but i cant find a driver for it?

i dont think sony have drivers for their keyboards

See the following 2 links. You will want to put in your model number (seemingly the one for your computer). I did not find direct support for their keyboards either. Try as noted -- by providing your computer model number on the below webpages. If such does not work, spend more time searching if you not have.
