nomad111 Posted June 3, 2005 Share Posted June 3, 2005 im desperate for help. it seems that i cant install any games on my computer because of this error "internal error 2350" ... it says it cant read a certain cab file for some games. the games i hav are new and seem to work fine at friends' computers. please help me its up to u ppl to save me. I appreciate any assisstance.My system is:amd athlon 64 3800+ skt 939asus a8n-sli with nforce4 (latest bios)1024 ddr-ram dual channel2 x MSI nvidia 6600gt in sli modeonboard ac97 sound (i think this is part of the problem)thx again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

ender341 Posted June 3, 2005 Share Posted June 3, 2005 Do you have alcohal(sp?) or daemon tools (or another such program) installed? if you do that many times will not allow an install, as for HL2, they had lots of trouble with that, check www.steampowered.com in the FAQ section, I believe that the have a topic on it.
