Boot DVD >4GB?

You must format the partition reserved of saving or burning any file ISO >4GB in NTFS but never in FAT 32 .

FAT 32 don't accept any file ISO>4GB

Sorry I should have mentionned that. I have only one drive with only one partition and of course it is in NTFS :D

So the problem does not come from this.

If you said one partition in NTFS, the problem is that your partition not defragmented completely now or it has smoe bad links.

I already made over 10DVDRW and 20 DVDRD disk data, 30 DVDRD video all are over 4GB size.

I never met problem like you said. But if I let it not defragmented, I encounter a problem surely.

I need to mention here I always used BCDW 201 to make all multiboot DVD data disk and I burn all of them by WinonDVD 603.

Never rely on Virtual PC or Vnware too much . All of them let you see a booted image problem initially. But you could test anything on Audio driver, testing Modem or seeing your partition of your hard disk, never like in a real DVDRD disk.
