take a look here:

MSDN site

Cause

This error can be caused by any part of the disk subsystem, including bad disks, bad or incorrect cables, mixing different ATA-type devices on the same chain, or drives that are not available due to hardware regeneration.

It can also be caused by a missing file from the boot partition, or by a driver file that has been disabled from the Drivers tab by mistake.

Can't tell you much more, but maybe that will get you started.

Google PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED for more.

*EDIT- OK, I see you've posted this under Multiboot CD/DVDs also...

EDIT:

====

after weeks then i dont have an answar-

i fix that in myself!!

the problem was on the "service pack 2.exe" file

that i have put in my setup!

he was corrupted!

so, i download a new ver from eMule and that fix the problem!!

(the old file have 143MB only- and the new file have 260MB

maybe that explain..)

"the smart is- to get the solution in your own, and tell that for another ppl"

rami the m@ster.
