office xp problems

Recommended Posts

I have been following the guide and am at the point of adding apps. I used winrar to compress office and I have used nlite for the rest of the stuff. I have shrunk both down enough to fit on cd 700MB on disk. My problem is that I cant get it to install from GuiRunOnce. I haven't found any info other then the guide telling you to do this. My GuiRunOnce command is %systemdrive%\Install\OfficeXP/QB

The self extracting file on the disk is in the OEM\$1\Install\OfficeXP.exe . It will be copied to the systemdrive but when GuiRunOnce runs I get an error that C:Install\OfficeXP/QB can't be found. Also the diffrence in the .exe is because after the 3rd time I noticed the it would loose the .exe ending when copied over during the install. Is it possible to do this as my plan was to use a 2nd disk for wpi to do the rest of the apps. Also I am still prompted to resize the screen why? here is my winnt.sif

The file gets copied to C:\Install , I have exacuted it from there after the install and it unpacks but still wont install, I could run setuppls manualy to intall it so I know it is all there. Does that make any sense?
