My problem with $OEM$ folder

I have a problem with $OEM$ folder if it's in the root of the DVD

I have read the Gosh's guide (Thank Gosh) http://gosh.msfnhosting.com/oemfolder.htm

If the folder is in AIO-DVD\SETUP\XP\PROFESSIONAL i havn't problem

               |--->XP
                       |--->PROFESSIONAL
                               |--->$OEM$
                               |--->I386

But don't work if it's in the root of dvd
