Simple/Easy Download Manager. I was complaining about having myinternet disconnecting on larger files. Wackget is a knockoff of a Linux program Wget. Wget works great. I had to turn my computer off because of a storm; the computer disconnected itsself; and I disconnected once to get a better signal. Wget brought the file in complete.

There are other download managers out there, Shamgar. Most of these are great.

my favorite is Download Express from MetaProducts. It's a download accelerator AND it's freeware. Great for Windows users. Download accelerators are more than just average download managers because they use multiple connections to transfer a file, resulting in somewhat faster download speeds.
