If this is the case, perform the following:QuickbooksTo resolve this issue, locate the Qbconv32.dll file and rename it to Qbconv32.dl_. If you find multiple copies of this file on the computer, rename each copy.PowerbuilderTo resolve this issue, locate the following files and rename them to a .dl_ extension.
