Cykasm Posted April 6, 2005 Share Posted April 6, 2005 I've customised my oem info on this page and included my own logo.But a long while ago on these forums i saw a post on how to change the monitor with the windows logo above the oem logo.I've tried searching but for the life of me i can't think of what it would be called.The monitor im talking about is this 1 (i pinched this link from the unattended site as my hosting is down atm)Any help would be appreciated. Find and edit the shell32.dll,explorer.exe,taskmgr.exe files.Then replace Ntoskrnl.exe with a custom one to change your boot screen.You have to copy the edited files over the old files using recovery console.
