markcramer
I recently went to broadband, and finally decided to download Authopatcher to get my machine almost up to date, then went to Windows Update to grab the last updates. I'm now current apart from the latest .Net patch, but it errors out as soon as I run it. Trying to run NDP1.1sp1-KB867460-X86.exe, returns the errorSlc04.tmp - Common language runtime debugging serviceApplication has generated an exception that could not be handled.Process id=0x384 (900), Thread is=0x3e4 (996)Click OK to terminate the applicationThe patch doesn't apply and Windows Update tells me I still need to apply it.Anyone seen this/ know of a fix to get it to install? Win2kSp4 +everything according to WU, PIII 750, 256meg laptopThanks, Mark
