borizb Posted March 24, 2005 Share Posted March 24, 2005 Did you already try to install it on another machine toverify the ISO you downloaded is ok?Did you look if the CD is clean/try to burn it againat a lower speed to ensure good quality?Be sure to have a backup ov your hard disk, xp64kicked out my XP without warning, but I'm sure itwas my fault. bisto Posted March 25, 2005 Author Share Posted March 25, 2005 downloaded iso twice from ms, burned cd with 2 separate programs.mobo allows me to boot from any device via menu. tried installing on blank hdd, ntfs formatted hdd both sata and ata i'll try burning cd at lower speed thanks for advice.
