Camarade_Tux
It seems to be working.1-I (re-)downloaded it recently as previous version refused to install2-checked it with 7-zip : no problem3-installed fine.A previous version (the same, beta2, but downloaded earlier) was corrupted, it would not install and 7-zip told me the archive was corrupted. But, last one seems to be OK. titou2k
I think that the problem is due to my host "free.fr"If i download with a downlod manager like flashget (multi part download) the file is corrupted.Without dowload manager it is ok.It is the first time i have this problem. Or a problem with my flashget ? Edited January 17, 2006 by titou2k

Camarade_Tux
To me, it sounds strange because I hosted 10Mo files, I downloading them with 4 sections and they are not corrupted. No, corrupted!

Camarade_Tux
all ok now. Same here.Tested 4x10MB, no problemMaybe it has something to do with the servers load.In France, it's 7:40 AM, Free has big newsgroup/usenet servers (really big) and I know their load is far less than what it is at 8:00PM.If you get errors, could you post here your time ?(GMT time please. )
dmiranda
I have tried the new codecs and work for the most part. First: make sure you erase the folders the previous Qlite and Realite installs created in program files. I also erased the system32 quicktime. Only then did I install the ttpack (sounds good for a software's name, huh ) and then it worked. Try for instance http://www.comedycentral.com/shows/the_dai...how/index.jhtmlHowever, these codecs dont fool AOL or CNN, for instance. The video stuff from those places are not watchable. Camarade_Tux
AOL.com or AOL explorer ?If this is AOL explorer, you'll probably have to do the same thing as with FireFox.CNN.com is working on my part.(I wanted to make a screenshot, but it's hard when overlay is enabled, the video keeps playing in Paint. )(I can't connect to AOL.com, I'm redirected to aol.fr )
dmiranda
CNN and aol do not work with any browser, or even within the aol program. I have done something weird with my system, though, for it works when I log with some users, but not with others (admin all of them). It seems as if activex were not installed (but it is).EDIT 1: ok, now it works with CNN in IE, but not in firefox. The issue remains with AOL, though. ZenLord
... added version 2.0.2.0, the ini and the EN-addon to my silent install and all went perfectly: no more file version pop-ups during installation. I also seemed to be able to view WMV and MOV direcly on the website, so no complaints whatsoever! Is it still beta because you know of certain bugs? I have not seen one on Win2k3 (with MP64 and MP8/9 removed, compatibility kept)1 small question: does the application INI accept a relative path like "%PROGRAMFILES%/Media Player Classic/mplayerc.exe", or can I only use an absolute path? Also: I 'stumbled' across the INI and language addon, but it was not really clear I needed all those files...THX for another great release!Zl.
