jajadasd
I have to integrate all of the available hotfixes for windows 2003 server onto 1 cd. About half of them support the /integrate command, but the other half are older updates and do not (for instance, WindowsServer2003-KB819696-x86-ENU.exe.)Is there a way to integrate these into the windows setup files I have on my harddrive?Running a batch file is not an option since Dell OpenManage is used to install the OS, and that makes its own unattended setup which runs Windows setup once you answer a few questions to the Dell software then insert your Windows CD.This is mainly to save time so that each server does not need to be patched and will instead be fully patched from the initial deployment. Is there a way to do this with older updates not using batch files? There must be a way to get the files integrated when the integrate command in unavaiable.Thanks.

Alanoll
http://unattended.msfn.org/beginner/hotfix/svcpack.htmAll the /INTEGRATE switch does, can be done by hand, and is detailed on that page.XPCREATE may be of better use though, as you just put the hotfixes in a folder, and it does all the hard stuff for ya. Do remember though, you'll need to commercial version as you're using it for a company.
