Windows resources are at 70%, but when u use pc for 2 hour become error <Out Of Memory> Ram was 256mb, maybe cuz of over tweak? System cache are tweak to 2mb. Main question is how to prevent out of memory.

The system cache set to 2 Mb is using resources but I doubt it is the actual and only cause of your problem.

Out of memory usually means that your system has run out of resources required to pass data back and forth between the RAM and the rest of the system. This is a rather common problem with Win98 which is one very good reason why WinXP is a better Operating System because it handles memory allocation and usage far better than Win98.

The worst cause of this situation is having too many running programs and processes starting up when you turn on or restart your system. The best solution, obviously, is to have as few running programs and processes starting up when you turn on or restart your system.

The next worst cause of out of memory issues are programs that incorrectly shutdown and fail to release system resources related to memory thus eventually using up all the system resources required to access the RAM. This type of problem is better known as a "memory leak". To resolve this type of problem you would have to obtain an updated version of the program (if one is available) and hope they corrected the memory leak issue, or stop using the program if you can identify it and determine that you don't really need to use it, or restart your system frequently enough that your resources do not get so low that your system freezes before the restart (especially remembering to restart as soon as you close the program that is behind the "memory leak" issue.

The next worst cause of out of memory errors would be a habit where the End User might leave programs and explorer windows open either in the background or minimized to your taskbar when done with them instead of closing them. In that situation when you keep opening new windows and running more programs while leaving the ones your finished with running and open you would again use up all the system resources related to memory thus eventually using up all the system resources required to access the RAM. In this case the solution is obvious. Close and stop running any windows and programs after you are finished using them.

Use msconfig to disable startup items so that only needed apps are running.

Next you can increase the amount of virtual memory.

To increase Virtual memory right clit on My Computer. Then properties. Click the performance tab then the Virtual memory button. Uncheck let windows manage. The amount you put in should be 1.5 times the amount of RAM you have installed. Hope this helps

The program that i suspect that cause memory leak is EMS FREE SURFER COMPANION. The program function is to stop pop-up and clean all website cookie and clean the recycle bin. The program start every time i close the internet explorer.

Using msconfig, it only disable from the list and not remove from the list. I use startup control panel, much easier. For the virtual memory, 1.5X to low. I use 2.5X-3X of ammount ram installed.

I fi can get more memory, but the problem is i have 20 Client pc and the worst is i use RDRAM. No Stock.

Windows XP are not so good for cyber cafes. Always dead blue screen, when u update image files<Norton Ghost>. I need to add and remove games every month.
