IcemanND
I'm happy with Thermaltake power supplies. I just sold my old system which had a 3yr old 450watt psu in it and it is still as quite now as it was when I bought it.I just installed their Silent PurePower Series ATX 12v 2.0 Plus EPS 680watt power supply. See Here For a dual fan psu its very quiet
