I usually set the top left and top right icons first, and then just add/subtract a common spacing for each icon next to it. It's a lot easier for me than the snap-to-grid.Oh... and as for harunaksoy's VS... a quick Google search figured that one out http://jemaho.deviantart.com/Cheers!
