Judging by NT4's service packs... I'd say 5-6. Windows 2000 is basically NT5 with XP being 5.1 with some eye candy

Microsoft has communicated a service pack strategy of 1 every 12-15 months. With Longhorn due in 2005, I would expect 1 more Service Pack (2003) plus some sort of Second Edition of XP - probably 2004.
