Belfour20 Posted December 22, 2004 Posted December 22, 2004 I just bought NBA Live 2004. But I'm having trouble installing it on the computer. When I put in the CD I click install, I then enter the CD key, but after I click next an error pops up which says "Electronic Arts Autorun has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience." I have tried to install over and over but it still does not work. I tried to install from Setup.exe instead of Autorun but the same problem appears. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated.Thank You in advance

Belfour20 Posted December 22, 2004 Author Posted December 22, 2004 I bought it from a store, there is nothing wrong with the CD. It works fine on my friend's computer. Also my computer meets all of the requirements to run the game.
